Educational content to improve your physical recovery.
The same old ostomy education is boring, and doesn’t offer much information.
Let’s be honest, it doesn’t really leave you feeling inspired by life with an ostomy…..
Because when you have the right toolbox of resources, you’re going to feel more confident understanding what to do to get back on your feet again. Instead of wondering how to fill the time, you’ll have a go-to repertoire of ideas to keep you busy and motivated.
“Charlotte’s mentorship has left an immense impact on how I carry myself as a now practicing occupational therapist.”
“What I learned most from her was through demonstration- she was kind, she was encouraging, and she was patient. She helped me transition from student OT to practicing OT by answering my countless questions and helping me better understand my role in the patient’s journey. Charlotte’s passion to help others is obvious to all that meet her and she will no doubt continue to inspire future students of the field.” –A.C., OTD
“I have greatly benefitted from Charlotte’s skillful sharing of her knowledge and experience on sensitive topics that are often overlooked but essential for patients’ well being.”
She answers questions thoughtfully and provides information in a clear and concise manner that integrates current research, clinical experience, and practical insights. I look forward to more opportunities to learn from Charlotte.”-K.W., OT

Our goal is to empower ostomates with the tools to improve their quality of life. Because they already have the desire to feel confident and strong, they just need the concrete tools and support to get there.
I’m an occupational therapist who loves providing inpatient care to adults in Alaska. But we’re meeting because I also have a passion to provide more comprehensive care to individuals with ostomies.
Here are 3 things about me:
My ultimate goal is for EVERY individual who has an ostomy to feel supported and have the best quality of life possible. And rehab professionals are the key to make this happen.
