Do you want to feel more confident and strong while recovering from your ostomy surgery? The Ostomy Surgery Recovery Guide is a 4-part series to give you the concrete tools to learn how to breathe better, move better, restore your core, and manage your day to day life with your ostomy.
60 Day Signature Education Package: 1:1 Surgery Recovery Education
Includes “The Ostomy Surgery Recovery Guide” program.
Through our virtual services package, starting with an introductory 30-60 minute session, we can support you to feel strong and confident as you recovery from surgery. Once a week sessions will occur for 60 days from sign-up. Virtual sessions can take place via phone or video conferencing per your choice. Virtual education will also include email communication between sessions for those questions that pop up on an as needed basis.
